Shipping policy

Dispatch
Orders placed before 3 PM IST are dispatched the same day, 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM IST are dispatched the next day. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery speeds (counted from the day you order)

• Priority Delivery: 1–2 days. Order before 3 PM IST and it is delivered the next day; orders after 3 PM are delivered the day after. Available for selected pincodes.
• Expedited Delivery: 2–3 days. Available for selected pincodes.
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 days. Available across India.

The speeds available for your pincode are shown on the product page and at checkout. Remote pincodes may take longer, and delays can occasionally occur due to courier, weather, or regional disruptions.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹499: free shipping on every speed.
• Orders of ₹499 or less: Standard ₹39, Expedited ₹59, Priority ₹79.

Our delivery promise
If you paid for Priority or Expedited Delivery and your order is shipped at a slower speed, we'll refund the difference in shipping charges.

Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order any time from your account at naturenna.in/account.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹2,000, with no extra charge for COD.

Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply).

International shipping
We currently ship only within India.
