Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹2,000. A COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply).
