2. Products & pricing We sell natural henna and hair and personal-care products. All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. Product colours and results may vary by individual, hair type, and screen display.

3. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for example, stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

4. Patch test & disclaimer Our products are for external use only. We strongly recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. The information on our site is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Naturenna is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.

5. Payments We accept UPI, cards, net banking, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds Governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturenna's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
